Healthcare research projects are typically embedded in a complex healthcare landscape and require collaboration among various stakeholders. With our in-depth knowledge of the structures and interests involved, we are happy to take on project management and operational project oversight for your project as part of Innovation Fund projects and other research initiatives.
Our project management services cover the entire project lifecycle—from proposal submission and project planning through project initiation and management during the project’s duration to project closure. These services include, in particular, the following sets of tasks:
Preparing applications
- Management of the general application process
- Support in putting together a project consortium
- Drawing up a schedule, including work packages, responsibilities and timelines
- Organisation of regular meetings and working groups, including preparation and follow-up
- Drafting the application
- Preparing the required annexes to the application
- Communication with the project sponsor, e.g. DLR
- Ensuring the application is submitted on time
Project planning and the initiation phase
- Handling of requirements and additional requests from the project sponsor
