We support our clients in the conception, implementation and evaluation of innovative care concepts and digital health solutions as well as in the areas of market access and outcomes research. We bring a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience from different fields of healthcare and acknowledge the different interests and scopes of action of the actors in the healthcare sector.

Our strength lies in bringing together expertise from the fields of practice, science, politics, regulation and digitalization, as well as know-how transfer from the international environment. We have extensive experience in designing implementable and practical healthcare concepts as well as in evaluating their quality and benefits. We specialize in mixed-methods approaches that combine the advantages of qualitative and quantitative research in order to achieve the optimal knowledge gain in practice-oriented research scenarios.

In addition, inav has a broad network of highly specialized experts covering all stakeholder groups in the healthcare sector. The project work is also scientifically accompanied and supported by external professors. In order to meet our demand for the necessary quality standards, we selectively draw on these proven partners. The network is not limited to Germany, but also includes the USA, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Austria and Denmark.

The inav integrates scientific, political and economic expertise with the aim of implementing tailored solutions for our customers. Our interdisciplinary team combines competencies in the fields of health services research, health economics, business administration, economics, epidemiology, evaluation, routine data analysis, benefit assessment and digital health.
