Malte Haring studied Health Communication at the University of Bielefeld and Medical Management at the University of Duisburg-Essen. In addition, he was a member of the young advisory board of a parliamentary group in the German Bundestag. After working for a B2B marketing agency, his professional career initially led him to the management consultancy KPMG. There, he focused on digitalization projects and on business process strategy development in the area of healthcare and social insurance. In 2019, he joined inav, where he took on responsibilities as Deputy Managing Director and Authorized Signatory in April 2021.

Mr. Haring holds specialized expertise in the areas of digital health and digitalization of the healthcare system, strategic consulting and business process development as well as piloting, evaluation and roll-out of new technologies and systems.
